This appears to be on the upper end of the RB scale, with fairly evenly slightly darkened surfaces. Some of this might just be the nature of the planchet, as the mid-1920’s San Francisco Mint coinage is not known for “screaming Red” color in any case. Decent although not an absolutely full strike - no major deficiencies just slightly rounded details. Certainly CAC had no problem with it, and they tend to be picky when it comes to color designations. Very scarce in grades above this in RB, only 42 PCGS coins (including 64+’s), and only about 100 in 64 Red and better - all of which are considerably more expensive, making this seem like a reasonable compromise. TrueView images of this coin are also available on the PCGS website by searching for the cert number.
