An original AU/Unc "slider", which spent maybe all of a week or two in circulation - the only hint of actual wear is a sign of rub on the point of Liberty's cheek. Attractive medium brown surfaces without any "woodgrain" toning, nice even color and some remaining hints of original planchet color hidden in protected areas on the Reverse. Luster is plainly evident, sharply struck and outside of this holder I am sure that this would be sold as "Choice Unc" by most dealers. Note: the slightly odd looking area right in front of Liberty's forehead is die clashing from the Reverse, not post strike damage. I should think that this would CAC with ease if submitted.
