An attractive example of the early larger diameter Bust Quarter Type. Details appropriate to what will normally certify VF-30, however showing an old scratch above the button on Liberty’s drapery. As such not likely to come back anything but Details, so I did not bother to submit it. B-2 variety, slightly better (R-3). Otherwise with nice color and solid surfaces still showing some signs of luster on the Reverse, certainly more eye appeal than most coins with similar light problems. Certainly still worthy, and offered at what I think is a reasonable value - in a PCGS holder, this is easily a close to $1000 coin.
