HK-25, Liberty Bell Dollar, 1876 Centennial Exposition, Rounded 6 Variety

$95.00

Liberty Bell - Independence Hall Dollar, a souvenir of the 1876 U. S. Centennial Exposition in Philadelphia. Rounded 6's variety, somewhat scarcer. With original jump ring; per Jeff Shevlin "always" seen holed for suspension on ribbon or badge. Choice Uncirculated, some of the typical light surface issues of a Copper piece stored in a non-numismatic fashion after being acquired as a souvenir by a member of the general public. A few very small spots overall and one stained area on the Reverse which is not horribly obtrusive when it is viewed in person (I have provided images to enhance the "warts" so no one gets surprised by what they get). If submitted for certification, likely to come back "Unc Details, Environmental Damages", however otherwise equivalent to what will normally grade MS-63BN. Considering that the last two Rounded 6's equivalent pieces I could find late 2019 (NGC MS-64BN) brought $214 and $325 respectively, should be reasonable at our price.
