Original, just a touch hazy however NOT as lacking in eye appeal as the PCGS cert images make it appear.  To the naked eye, the color is a natural satiny silver gray with a tough of green.  No significant marks, a very small surface planchet flaw is noted on the Reverse between the "U" of UNITED and the pellet below.  Oddly enough, such things are relatively common with Proof examples of this series.  Given the difficulty of finding high end BU Business strikes of this date in the grade range ($4000+), a reasonable compromise for someone looking for a nice coin to fill the hole.
