Reasonably well struck unlike many of the date, which were largely made with dies previously used to strike the harder 1864 Copper-Nickle Cents.  4 sharp diamonds.  The color is somewhat uneven, due to finger contact and not due to the common "woodgrain" planchets used. About 5%+ of the original planchet color is still visible.  Solid for the assigned grade.
