VF-25 to 30, old cleaning as is almost inevitable.  Shows good detail for the date and grade, partially retoned a light gray with reddish-orange around the rims - not as "blue" as it appears here.  Some signs of luster in the protected areas around the rims and lettering, no heavy marks and damage free other than the cleaning.  While virtually certain to not certify in a non-details holder, I will note that many certified examples in this grade range have obviously been cleaned or have damage. They are allowed into holders due to the demand for the date. In this case, I think this coin just too obvious as having been cleaned, although it was long ago. As such, certainly still worth of consideration as difficult as this date is to find in this grade range.  I would say reasonably attractive despite the old cleaning.
