Equivalent to what would normally certify XF-45. In his book on the series, David Lawrence felt this was the most underrated date in the entire set.  Almost always poorly struck, this is a noticeable exception.  More amazingly, it is totally original.  Unfortunately, a couple of old marks behind Liberty's head, or this would already be off to PCGS.  Discounted accordingly.
