Choice Very Fine, very close to EF.  Old cleaning however still retains some luster in protected areas, and the color is acceptable having toned back naturally.  Some light old hairlines visible here and there, nothing too horrible and has decent eye appeal.  Normally a $300 coin (if graded accurately), discounted for the old cleaning.
