Uncirculated with Full Split Bands (FSB), equivalent to what will normally certify MS-62.  Original with light yellow-gray color, plenty of obvious luster.  The typical light scuffy "hairlines" from handling keep this out of the Choice BU (MS-63 or better) category, however truly "new".
