19 coins at PCGS, 4 at NGC; as of August, 2025, only 2 CAC approved coins in the grade, plus one in the new CACG holder.  Obviously the low total certified population is due partly to the relative lack of interest in certifying a coin in the grade. However, between the typical strike found for this date, the typical old cleaning and generally crappy quality, finding a '25-S that will certify in AU is not all that easy.  I will be honest here and say that I submitted this as I felt it would grade as a mid-grade AU, and was a bit surprised at just a 50.  Likely this was due to the Obverse strike, however the coin displays a sharp Reverse and plenty of obvious luster.  Certainly worth the asking price either way, both as a low overall Pop coin, and the near impossibility of finding a CAC approved example in AU.  For reference, one coin at AU-53, Zero at AU-55 and 7 at AU-58, out of a total PCGS/NGC Pop of 213 coins.
