One of the three toughest S Mint coins in the series in this grade range, becoming a Key date as a result.  Like seemingly 95% of all survivors, lightly cleaned at one point, largely toned back now.  I did not think it likely that it would pass muster at a grading service otherwise it would already be in a PCGS holder.  In my opinion equivalent to what would otherwise certify VF-25.  Certainly still worthy as other than some wispy hairlines, no damage and good eye appeal.
