An original Fine, which would normally certify a Fine-12. Certified PCGS Details for a very small area of "corrosion" that affects the raised portion of the rim and reeding along maybe 1/2" of the diameter.  Basically, what used to be called toning, showing how tight PCGS (especially) has gotten in recent months.  It certainly beats the typical cleaned/processed coin in this grade range you see, often in "normal" certified holders.  It might be a bit of a stretch for a “problem” coin, however considering the alternative, perhaps worthy of consideration for someone. This is priced for what I think it should be worth to the right buyer - "buy the coin, not the holder".
