(Cross-listed from ebay) Extremely Fine+, certified PCGS Details for an old cleaning. In my opinion, technical details grade of XF-45.  Some obvious remaining luster, particularly on the Reverse.  Old hairlines are present on the Obverse and visible under magnification, however not too obvious at normal viewing distance (such as in an album page).  The Reverse  seems unaffected.  A decent coin overall and as you know it's real I say consider cracking it out, put it into an album and let it continue to tone back.  Basically a $1000+ coin in the grade, and that will normally get you a coin that has been cleaned at some point, even many in certified holders.
