A nice amount of luster evident around the rims, a bit more visible on the Reverse due to the moderate toning.  Not a lot certified at the grade despite a reasonable Mintage of 3.8 Million.  81 at PCGS, 39 at NGC, versus only 9 at CAC (July, 2025), with Zero in the new CACG holder.  Per CAC policy this is guaranteed to cross to the new CACG holder at the same grade if resubmitted in the current holder.
