Surprisingly tough for a Philadelphia Mint date, especially in higher circulated grades.  This is likely to be due to extensive use in circulation during the heated First World War economy.  Attractive light silver-gray surfaces with considerable luster, well struck as most of this date tend to be.  A nice coin that would likely CAC if submitted (mind you, never a 100% lock with John et al), I just have not sent it in.  Either way, probably a bit undervalued, and suffering from the "It's just a P Mint" bias. Worth a decent premium I think.
