Overall surfaces of Choice BU, unfortunately a shallow scratch down Liberty's body limits the technical grade to a lower Uncirculated grade, such as MS-60 to 61.  Coins do not really exist in these numerical grades naturally, but are almost always "Net" graded for an issue such as this.  The scratch is somewhat difficult to see when the coin is viewed in a normal fashion and it would certainly serve in the average set.  Otherwise a well struck, bright flashy BU coin. Guaranteed to certify Mint State (Details) if submitted.
