The sole 3 Cent piece struck anywhere other than Philadelphia, and always popular as such. These are commonly unevenly struck with weak rims that merge with the lettering. They are also typically found damaged, commonly bent, and badly cleaned. This coin is a pleasant exception to all those problems. As such, very difficult to find let alone purchase at typical posted Wholesale values.
