FS-101, famous First World War era Overdate.  Certified PCGS VG-8, the Overdate feature is clearly visible with the naked eye, with the date being very bold for the assigned grade.  This variety is commonly certified in VG grades with the bottom part of the date merged into the rim area, so it is nice to have a clear example.   Otherwise, overall wear is appropriate to an average circulated '18-D, most of which saw extensive use during the heated U. S. economy of the period.  This example is also free of the typical heavy marks that are commonly seen on lower grade circulated coins, including many in certified holders.
