A slightly better date, with a reasonable Mintage but relatively few saved as most collectors were on the East Coast, and dealing with the aftermath of the Civil War.  Choice Very Fine, solidly in the middle of the VF grade range.  Old cleaning as typical, however the surfaces are decent and the color is even and in the acceptable range.  Normally a $250-$300+ coin, discounted just a bit for the minor issues.
