A bright, flashy, correctly graded example of this common date - a good reason not to ignore coin in holders other than “The Big 3”. It is my concerted opinion that this would cross to either PCGS or NGC, and CAC to boot. This appears to be WB-4 for those interested, a Micro S Reverse with missing drapery on the Obverse.
