HK-301, SH 13-1 CU, Official Medal struck to commemorate the 1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition, aka the St. Louis Worlds Fair.  I will try to add better images shortly.  This is the version struck in Copper, which is traditionally scarcer.  These were struck at the Mint exhibit at the Expo, and planchets were prepared daily, varying widely in specific metallic content.  8 at NGC in MS-64RB, 9 finer (7 in MS-65/2 MS-66).  Jeff Shevlin recently had an MS-63, I can’t remember whether RB or BN, on his list at $250 (Sept., 2026).  There was an ebay sale in July, 2026 at $500 in this grade (64RB) - I will note that that piece appeared to be a brighter more obvious Copper color.   This piece new to market having been held by a now retired dealer in his private "hoard" of well over 30 years until recently.
