At the upper end of the VF to EF grade range, allowing for the typical New Orleans Mint strike.  Very old cleaning as is almost inevitable, the Obverse retoned nicely now - there is more reddish-orange on the left side of the coin than shown in my image, due to lighting.  Some obvious signs of luster around the rims in protected areas.  This is typical of the raw (uncertified) coins available in the market and shows good detail for the date and grade, I would say attractive despite the old cleaning and certainly still worth of consideration.
